Deepika Mehta is a New age Yogini. She dove deeply into the ancient
tradition of Yoga after a traumatic rock climbing accident in 1998,
falling from a height of 40 ft., because of the profound healing and
transformative power she has experienced through this ancient practise,
Deepika is extremely passionate about learning and sharing this
beautiful practise. She continues to delve into learning from her
personal daily practice which she considers extremely sacred and from
teachers and spiritual masters in India and all over the world. Deepika
has trained some of the top Indian film stars and is one of the youngest
teachers to teach at one of the most celebrated Yoga festivals in the
world,The International Yoga festival in Rishikesh at the Parmarth
Niketan Ashram.
